salmon steak


DIET does not require you to eat less palatable. With a choice of salmon steak meat, you can still keep your calorie intake in order to stay healthy.

Material spreadable meat:
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Olive oil to taste
Rosemary to taste
Thyme to taste

Salmon Steak Ingredients:
200 grams of salmon meat
100 gr fries
100 grams of vegetables, such as carrots, green beans, onions and sweet corn.
1 bottle of barbeque sauce

How to make Salmon Steak:
- Apply the material spread on the salmon meat and let a little seep
- Preheat grill meat.
- While waiting for the hot grill, boiled vegetables and set aside.
- Roast salmon that has been given flavor, bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the meat and place the salmon on a heat-resistant bowl, and serve with vegetables and fries.
- Sprinkle with barbeque sauce
